Corporate Transformation for Personal Development Program Continues at Yeşim
Believing that balance, motivation, and creativity are essential components of both personal and professional development in an intensive work environment, Yesim continues to implement initiatives that support employee wellbeing.
Implemented within the scope of the Affection Support to Life program, the Corporate Transformation for Personal Development initiative aims to support employees in increasing self awareness, discovering their inner potential, and gaining a more balanced, motivated, and creative perspective in their professional lives.
The program began in September with a session focused on adaptation to corporate life through self worth awareness. It continued with sessions covering body and breath awareness, balance of masculine and feminine energy, mindfulness, meditation and self compassion, emotional resilience, and nonviolent communication.
Carried out in collaboration with Eflatun Yoga, the program will continue to bring these sessions together with Yesim employees through March. This holistic journey aims to support employees in feeling more balanced and empowered not only at work but in all areas of life.
By prioritizing work life balance as a core element of its corporate culture, Yesim aims to transform this commitment into meaningful practice through the program, while fostering a stronger, healthier, and more inspiring working environment together.
