Psychological Resilience Conversation at the Change and Transformation Festival
The Change and Transformation Festival continues at full speed with events designed to support employees’ mental and emotional well-being. On Wednesday, July 2nd, a conversation titled “Psychological Resilience” was held in the Grand Conference Hall, featuring Psychotherapist Dr. Cem Türkeş from the Eflatun Yoga team, who previously collaborated with the organization last year.
During the session, topics such as cultivating flexible thinking in the face of challenges, managing emotional fluctuations in healthy ways, and strengthening inner resources through mindfulness in daily life were addressed. Participants gained valuable insights into stress management and mental resilience through Dr. Türkeş’s engaging and inspiring presentation.
