Chair Yoga Session Draws Great Interest at Yeşim’s Transformation and Change Festival

As part of Yeşim’s “Affection Support to Life” project, the Change and Transformation Festival continues to expand with new activities aimed at supporting employees’ physical and mental well-being. On Thursday, June 19th, a “Chair Yoga” session held in the Grand Conference Hall attracted significant interest from participants.

Led by Yoga Instructor Zerrin Kaya from the Eflatun Yoga, who also collaborated with the organization last year, the session offered practical techniques designed to enhance body-mind harmony through simple yoga movements and breathing exercises that can easily be performed while seated. Employees had the chance to explore methods they could integrate into their work environment, even during brief breaks, to promote their well-being.

Throughout the event, participants discovered the calming effects of conscious breathing and the relaxation benefits of basic exercises, gaining valuable insights into incorporating well-being practices that support sustainable health into everyday life. The Chair Yoga session, marked by high attendance and positive feedback, became one of the festival’s memorable highlights.
