Yeşim Employees Honored with Retirement and Seniority Ceremonies
Employees who have accompanied Yeşim's growth journey for many years were honored with traditional seniority and retirement ceremonies. Respect and gratitude to experienced employees, who are the carriers of the corporate culture, were once again emphasized in these meaningful organizations.
In ceremonies organized separately for employees with 30 years or more of seniority and retirees this year, names who made valuable contributions to Yeşim were awarded with plaques. The plaques presented to the employees by Şenol Şankaya, CEO of Yeşim Group, revealed not only a period of continuous loyalty, but also the paths walked together, the responsibilities shared and the strong bonds established. During the ceremonies, Yeşim's people-oriented approach came to the fore as much as the respect for the labor of its employees.
