Ecollectiv Project Achieves Sustainability Recognition by UN Global Compact
Yeşim Group has achieved a significant milestone with its Ecollectiv project, developed in line with its long-term, model-driven approach to sustainability and social impact. The project was selected among 22 best practices in the Social Change category of the Partnership for Sustainability Award 2025, conducted by UN Global Compact Network Ukraine.
The platform led by UN Global Compact Network Ukraine goes beyond a traditional award framework. It serves as a global knowledge-sharing space that aims to enhance the visibility of scalable sustainability models developed through collaborations among the private sector, public institutions, and civil society, which models with the potential to inspire impact across different geographies.
In this context, Ecollectiv’s inclusion among the selected projects demonstrates that Yeşim Group’s social impact approach, shaped around women’s empowerment and circular economy, is recognized internationally as a good practice. Particularly within a labor-intensive industry, the company’s perspective of transforming responsibilities arising from production processes into measurable social benefit stands out as a key element highlighted on the platform.
This achievement represents an important reference point, reaffirming that Yeşim Group’s sustainability vision—shaped around its “People First” philosophy which is positioned within a meaningful and credible global framework.
