Emotional Resilience in Change and Transformation
On Friday, May 16th, Clinical Psychologist Sibel Fırat Gürsoy was the guest of the second of the conversations held in the Grand Conference Hall as part of the Change and Transformation Festival. The conversation focused on ways to maintain inner strength in the face of stressful life events, uncertainties and emotional challenges. Within the framework of the concept of “emotional resilience”, theoretical information and practical suggestions for increasing psychological flexibility, maintaining emotional balance and developing skills to cope with difficult times were shared with the participants.
