Yeşim’s Journey Toward Equality Featured in ETKİ 360

Yeşim Group’s From Roots to the Future For Equal Tomorrows project, launched with a focus on gender equality and women’s empowerment, has been featured in ETKİ 360: A Guide to Brands Growing with Value and Shaping the Future, a digital publication released by the Women-Friendly Brands Platform.

Launched on May 21, ETKİ 360 serves as a reference publication that brings together social impact projects from brands across various sectors, aiming to spotlight good practice examples that create meaningful social value. Yeşim Group’s multidimensional social impact approach was recognized among these exemplary initiatives.

Inspired by Yeşim’s “People First” corporate philosophy, the From Roots to the Future For Equal Tomorrows project focuses on increasing women’s participation in the workforce, supporting their long-term retention in professional life, and strengthening equitable workplace environments. Bringing together corporate policies, training programs, care support mechanisms, and social impact collaborations through a holistic approach, the project contributes not only to internal transformation but also to creating broader impact across the business world.

One of the key pillars of this approach is Yeşim Kindergarten, one of the support mechanisms provided to employees, while various social impact initiatives that promote women’s economic and social empowerment further expand the project’s sphere of influence. In addition, through the UNGC Women’s Empowerment Bursa Platform, founded under Yeşim Group’s leadership, more organizations in the business community are encouraged to join this transformation journey.

Being featured in this publication by the Women-Friendly Brands Platform represents meaningful recognition of Yeşim Group’s long-standing commitment to gender equality and its social impact-driven initiatives.
