Teams Come Together Within the Scope of the Sustainability Honor Awards
Within the scope of the Sustainability Honor Awards, launched for the first time this year at Yeşim Group, teams creating value through their sustainability focused efforts including Research and Development, Machinery and Energy, Social Compliance, and Corporate Communications came together with Selim Şankaya.
During the meeting, the teams had the opportunity to share the projects they have been implementing and their contributions to Yeşim Group’s sustainability journey. Shaped by a long term value creation approach, these initiatives reflected not only the Group’s environmental and social responsibility perspective but also its broader corporate sustainability vision.
The gathering once again highlighted that sustainability at Yeşim Group is approached as a core priority embedded in the corporate culture, strengthened through cross team collaboration and embraced at the leadership level.
At the end of the meeting, a meaningful artwork created during the Sustainability Month in September, as part of the “Pledge for a Sustainable Future” activity, was also shared. During this initiative, Yeşim employees expressed their individual commitments to a sustainable future by leaving their fingerprints on a tree illustration placed on a canvas. Symbolizing the collective sense of responsibility shared by Yeşim employees, this artwork was presented to Selim Şankaya by the Sustainability Director during the meeting.
