Yeşim Group Shares Its Lean Thinking Journey at the 3rd Lean Practices Meeting
Yeşim Group joined industry representatives at the 3rd Lean Practices Meeting, organised by the Lean Strategies Association. Placing people at the heart of lean thinking, the Group shared the experience it has gained with participants at the event.
At the meeting, Dilek Cesur, Corporate Communications and Brand Director at Yeşim Group, delivered a presentation titled "Lean and People First at Yeşim Group". She spoke about the Group's lean thinking journey, the practices implemented on the shop floor and its employee-centred approach. The meeting created a platform for shared experience and mutual learning, and once again demonstrated the power of lean transformation. Yeşim Group expressed its pleasure at being part of this valuable gathering.
